Un’altra delle tendenze viste in questo 2023 e che si protrarrà nel 2024 sarà il Drive to Store; gli utenti, con accesso da mobile (90%), ricevono quotidianamente offerte sul loro dispositivo, mentre stanno utilizzando un’app, fruiscono di un contenuto social, o guardano un video su YouTube.
Diventa quindi un aspetto sempre più importante da parte delle aziende saper “traghettare” gli utenti, con l’offerta giusta al momento giusto a scegliere i loro prodotti rispetto ad altri competitor.
