In February, despite having fewer calendar days, the total digital audience from computers or mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) reached 44.3 million unique users, equivalent to 75.8% of the population aged 2 and above.

Analyzing the data for the average day in February, there were 36.7 million individuals who connected from the detected devices (computers, smartphones, and tablets), spending an average of 2 hours and 57 minutes per person online. Mobile usage reached 81.3% of the population aged 18-74, totaling 34.7 million individuals, online for an average of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Usage from computers (with 27.8 million individuals aged two and above) and from mobile devices – smartphones and/or tablets – (with 39.9 million adult individuals) remained consistent.
Data by gender and age groups
Delving into the profiles of online users on the average day of this survey month, 65.6% of men and 61.3% of women aged 2 and above were online, with a high level of engagement (at least 83%) for age groups from 18 to 64 years old. On the average day of this survey month, 81.7% of 18-24-year-olds (3.3 million), 86.4% of 25-34-year-olds (5.4 million), 87.8% of 35-44-year-olds (6.4 million), 86.7% of 45-54-year-olds (8.2 million), 82.1% of 55-64-year-olds (7.2 million), and 40.8% of those over 64 years old (5.7 million) were online.
The online population aged 45 and above still shows significant average usage values, exceeding two and a half hours of browsing per person.
Data based on geographical origin
Focusing on online usage on the average day of February based on different geographical areas, it appears that 10.3 million individuals from the Northwest area (66.1% of the population aged 2 and above in this area), 7.2 million from the Northeast area (63.3%), 7.4 million from the Central area (63.6%), and 11.7 million from the South and Islands area (59.6%) were online.
