La pandemia dettata dal Covid-19 ha sicuramente influenzato e cambiato i comportamenti di viaggio e più in generale lo stile di vita di tutti noi. In che modo, però, questo è avvenuto? Abbiamo cercato di trovare le risposte a questa domanda conducendo un sondaggio nella nostra community di utenti, con l’obiettivo di capire le nuove abitudini di vita quotidiana adottate, durante e dopo il lockdown. Diamo un’occhiata a ciò che è emerso.
Partiamo con il dire che la percentuale degli intervistati era per la maggior parte donne (60%) contro un 40% di uomini. Il 67% dei rispondenti, è uscito dalla propria regione dopo la quarantena e alla domanda: “Sei stato in ferie quest’anno?” il 51% ha risposto positivamente mentre il 49% no. Indagando più a fondo, scopriamo che chi è stato in ferie ha una visione positiva in merito alle fine del 2020 (43%), invece, chi non è stato in ferie, probabilmente per altre motivazioni, ha una visione negativa in merito alla fine del 2020 (54%). Il 93% di chi è andato in vacanza è rimasto in Italia.
Le piattaforme streaming più utilizzate durante la quarantena sono state Sky (21%) seguito da Netflix (17%) e da Amazon Prime (16%). A quanto emerso l’88% delle persone aveva già acquistato prodotti online prima della quarantena, perlopiù inerenti alla tecnologia, sperimentando per la maggior parte di essi un’esperienza di acquisto più che positiva se non ottima. Il fatto sorprendente è che il 54% delle persone ha affermato di non aver condiviso le proprie esperienze sui social network mentre ha utilizzato per la maggior parte Facebook e YouTube.
In pieno lockdown ciò che è mancato di più alle persone sono stati gli amici (52%) seguito dallo sport (24%) e da concerti ed eventi (12%). Per il 43% dei rispondenti sia che si trattasse di lavorare o di studiare da casa a seconda delle attività, non è cambiato niente e per il 65% di questi, non ci sono stati problemi nell’utilizzo della tecnologia durante lo svolgimento delle proprie attività.
Riassumendo, possiamo affermare che è stata confermata, anche dalla community di E-Business Consulting, la tendenza di quest’anno, per quanto riguarda viaggi e spostamenti, di rimanere in Italia con una forte attenzione ad una possibile chiusura del 2020 di nuovo a rischio lockdown. Per quanto riguarda invece gli acquisti, le persone tendono sempre più ad acquistare online ed è per questo motivo che dovremmo porre sempre più attenzione ad investire in questo canale.
