On 11 November 2020 E-Business Consulting presented the free webinar dedicated to customer management in the digital environment. This is the fifth appointment in the E-Business Consulting webinar series. The project, which began in September, provides for an in-depth study of a digital issue every 15 days by the E-Business Consulting team.
Given the vastness of the topic, the webinar "CRM: digital management of the customer database" was divided into two parts: the first, dedicated to a more theoretical approach to CRM and the second in which practical examples of customer cluster management were provided. In particular, we have defined:

- Applicability in the company: advantages, types and selection criteria
- Customer management through practical examples
- Phases of acquisition, loyalty and communication with the customer
- The importance of privacy in the processing of CRM data
CRM and customer relationships remain one of the most difficult challenges in business realities, so it is recommended to use well-defined strategies and efficient platforms.
