The only users who connected to the Internet by PC, smartphone or tablet at least once in march 2018 are 34.2 million against 30.6 million recorded in march last year. Analyzing the data by average day, the total audience is represented by 25.4 million users, connected for 2 hours and 25 minutes by person.

As for the audience from mobile devices during the period of march 2018, there are 30.1 million users connected for 49 hours on average per person. A significant increase compared to the same month last year.

The users connected on the average day are 25.4 million with an average Internet surfing time of 2 hours and 25 minutes per person. Women predominantly surf with 47.3% against 45.2% of men.

Most of the total time spent online during march 2018 was generated by mobile Internet browsing with 21.5 million unique users on the average day, compared to 12.8 million unique pc users: this data highlights the importance that users attach to smartphones and tablets and the time they spend on these devices.

The age range of 18 to 34 years confirms a high use of mobile Internet, specifically the age range from 18 to 24 years is equal to 86.3% of users while the 25-34 years are 81.6%.

With regard to consumption data in the month of march, the Research Sites rank at the top with 92.7% and the Generalist Portals with 85.1% of online users. Following are the Social Network with 84.7% of users and more than 14 hours per person, a figure slightly down.

Among the other categories we find Internet Tools and Web Services with 83.4%, Videos / Movies with 81.9% of online users and E-Mail (77.7% of online users).
