Data collected by FCP-Assointernet Observatory on the spending in online advertising in December 2015 has been published and compared with data recorded in December 2014.
The Web recorded a -3,7% compared to December 2014. Mobile on the contrary is growing and in fact it scored a +87,6% compared to 2014. Advertising on Tablet recorded a good level of growth with +36,2% compared to last year. Surprises arise on investments on Smart TV / Console which score a brilliant +118,6% with respect to last December.
Globally, investments in December see a small plus (+0,5%) with respect to December 2014 and, as pointed out by Giorgio Galantis (President of FCP-Assointernet), December proves to be the most relevant for adverts investment, counting for the 11,5% of the total of the year. The “Mobile” segment scores a very good +26% from last year, its contribution to the total advertisement expense passing from 4,7% of 2014 to 5,9% in 2015.
