  • On a monthly basis in June 2011 there was a total increase of 8,6% compared to 2010

Data on Internet advertising  revenues for January-June 2011 period have been published  and compared to the same period of 2010. On a monthly basis, in June 2011 there was a total  increase of 8,6% compared to 2010.

In the first months of 2011, Display and Affiliate adv typologies are included in the observation panel. Data for the two categories record an increase of 14,1% compared to the same period in 2010, with a total turnover of 302 million euros.

The federation chaired by Carlo Poss noted that  "The growth of all types is constant and consistent year on year, amounting to +14,1% on average in the period January-June 2011. The most interesting growth are classic table advertising, email&newsletter, video, classified/directories”.

For the “Search” type the figure includes the estimated value by the Observatory FCP-Assointernet of Google revenues.
