Some research conducted by Nielsen reveals that internet active users in the month of June 2013 have declined slightly over the previous year (-3,1%) while users connected to the Internet increased (+1,7%). In greater detail related to the most visited internet categories, in June 2013, in first place with more than 24,2 million unique users is the Search with 88,4% of active users, in second place the general portals (24 million unique users and 87,6​​% of active users) and sixth e-mails (more than 18 million unique users and 66,7% of active users).
